12月7日，紅獅集團沿海布局的重要戰略點——廣州港茂名碼頭年產500萬噸水泥中轉項目成功試生產！

On December 7th, the important strategic point Hongshi Group’s coastal layout-the cement transfer project with an annual output of 5 million tons at Maoming terminal,Guangzhou port,has been successfully trial production.

由AOTUO奧拓股份提供的兩臺800t/h（實際產能1000t/h）軌道移動式螺旋卸船機一次性調試成功，獲得了港口方及業主的一致好評。

The two 800t/h (Actual capacity 1000t/h) rail mobile screw ship unloaders provided by AOTUO were successfully commissioned at one time, which won unanimous praise from the port side and the owner.

該2臺螺旋船機按1000t/h的產能效率設計，采用了多項專利技術及多項新技術，包括遠程在線系統升級、遠程設備運維實時健康檢測技術、長壽命中間支撐軸承等，自動化程度高，安全性能可靠，可接卸70000DWT及以下散貨船。

其中，卸船機的易磨損部位采用新材料、新工藝及特殊結構設計，適宜于惡劣環境下的長期連續運轉,比傳統工藝材質使用壽命延長4倍以上。
